IIBEC – Canadian Prairies is hosting a Lunch ‘n Learn talk on “Expansion Joints | The Basics”. The event will be held May 18th, 2023. The talk will begin at 11:30.

Overview:
This presentation will simplify the basic understanding of expansion joints in roofing and waterproofing applications. This will include identifying common problems encountered and properly evaluate different methods of waterproofing expansion joints in order to make the right decision during the design phase.

My name is Wali Majd. I am an IIBEC & CSC member and I manage Situra’s national accounts. I have a background in Engineering and Business Administration. I have extensive experience with Expansion Joints around the roofing and waterproofing industry working with all major types of commercial roofing systems.
