IIBEC – Canadian Prairies is hosting a Lunch ‘n Learn talk on “The Science of Roof Evaluation – Replacement or Deferral”.

Join us for an IN PERSON talk, on The Science of Roof Evaluation – Replacement or Deferral. Event will be held at the Calgary Construction Association in the Legacy Room.

Overview: Paul will discuss how building science applies to the roof evaluation process and why this process is so critical to determining how to best manage the condition of your roofs. He will discuss the science behind the tools and techniques of roof evaluation and explore options available to managing the roof asset.

This talk is being presented by Paul Johannesson. This Lunch ‘n Learn is good for 1 CEH.

​About the presenter:

Paul Johannesson has over 30 years of industry experience and he currently holds the position on Technical Development Manager – Canada with Siplast Inc. He has earned an honors diploma from Humber College in Architectural Design Technology (89) and a certificate from the University of Toronto in Building Science (02). He is registered as a CET with Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologist and a BSS with the Building Science Specialist Board. Paul currently sits on the board of directors for the Ontario Building Envelope Council and is also a Past President of the Association in 08/09.
